Mobiola Headset is an iOS app that lets you do two pretty cool things with your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. First, you can connect it to your PC or Mac over a WiFi connection and use your mobile device as a wireless handset while making calls over Skype or another VoIP app. And second, you can click the record button on Mobiola Headset to record your VoIP call.
The app is designed to work with Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk, AOL IM, ICQ, and other VoIP apps including MagicJack.
Mobiola Headset works with the iPhone, iPad, and second generation iPod touch, although you’ll need earbuds with the iPod touch.
The app is available from iTunes for $1.99. You also need to download a free Windows or Mac client to get things working.
