Bitstream has updated its BOLT web browser for phones that can run Java-based apps. That includes BlackBerry phone sand some Palm and Windows Mobile devices.

Version 2.3 includes support for HTML5 audio streaming. Earlier versions already supported HTML5 video.

Bolt 2.3 also supports tabbed web browsing, the ability to post items to Facebook from any web page, support for YouTube web apps, Twitter and Facebook apps, and support for Facebook chat. You can also backup your bookmarks online and restore them on any device running the BOLT browser.
