Apple has pushed out the next version of iTunes for Windows and OS X. the new version adds support for iOS 4.2, which means you’ll be able to synchronize your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad once the latest software update is pushed out for those devices, any day now.

iTunes 10.1 also lets you stream videos from your computer to the new Apple TV set top box using AirPlay. As usual, there are also a number of bug fixes and stability enhancments.

You can grab the latest version of iTunes from the Apple web site or use the software updated if you already have iTunes installed on your computer.
