Microsoft has released an official MSN Video app for Windows Phone 7, offering access to clips from across the web, as well as 40 popular news, sports, and entertainment sources including Animal Planet, CNBC, Discovery, FOX Sports, MSNBC, and TODAY.

The app supports standard and high quality video streaming, and integration with the Windows Phone 7 video and music hub. You can search or browse for content, and display videos in full screen mode.

MSN Video for WP7 is ad-supported, which means you’ll have to put up with mobile banner ads on your videos or pre-roll ads ranging from 10 to 30 seconds.

Or you could just watch YouTube videos on your phone instead.
