The folks behind the Dolphin HD web browser for Android have released version 4.6 with a handful of bug fixes and improvements. A problem that caused the browser to crash when used with the Motorola XOOM tablet has been addressed, and there are new options including the ability to open new URLs in new tabs by default.

One of the most welcome changes is batch editing of bookmarks, allowing you to delete or move more than one bookmark at a time.

There’s also a new “gesture store,” allowing you to complete additional actions by using gestures.

Dolphin Browser HD is available as a free download from the Android Market.
