Windows Phone 7 is slated to receive more than 500 updates when Mango arrives this fall. Among those will be a handful of improvements to the Live Tiles system, which powers the quadrilateral icons on your WP7 smartphone’s home screen. Want some idea how much more is possible with Mango’s Live Tiles? Huyn put together a fully-functional Tetris clone without actually building an app. It’s all done in Live Tiles, and even includes touches like the next block to drop, your score, and the WP7 music player controls allow you to rotate and drop the blocks.
