The first app which adds a new widget to the iOS 5 Notification Center is now available. It’s called UISettings, and the app will add a quick settings bar to the drag-down notification area on a mobile device running iOS. The only catch is that you’ll need to jailbreak your device in order to install the app.

You can download UISettings from the Cydia Store after adding http://qwertyoruiop.com/beta/ to your list of sources.

The widget lets you toggle the WiFi, Bluetooth, and Airplane mode on your device, adjust the screen brightness, and reload the Springboard. UISettings shows up just above the weather widget in the Notification Center.
