There’s a free, ad-supported version available from the Android Market or you can pay 99 cents to get the ad-free version.

Camera ICS+ is basically a tweaked version of the default camera app for Android 4.0. It lets you shoot video, snap photos, or take panoramic pictures. The developer has also added the ability to set color effects before snapping a photo, a silent mode that lets you take pictures without the shutter sounding, and a few other tweaks.
